Mexicanicos is a workshop located in Guadalajara, specialized in car restoration and modification with an artistic touch, and a large share of madness.
In Mexico, the series is positioned as the most watched pay TV series among men over the age of 25, impacting more than 14 million people during its last 5 seasons. Also in the U.S. Hispanic market became the #1 series of Pay TV in Spanish.
For the 6th season, we redesigned the graphic package, going from storytelling for the opening to lower thirds and containers. In general terms, we wanted to step far from what the show had before, giving it a fresh touch with a mix of techniques moving between traditional animation and 3D and playing around with 3 of the most iconic modifications of past seasons while riding to the garage.
